A. We stand together to include all ages of people with various cultural background, experience, level of education, and capabilities. As a truly diverse, intercultural community of faith, we work together to envision, shape, and accomplish our ministries for others.
B. The mission is not a church program. Our “mission” is from God. Working with a vulnerable community at large, we plant seeds of hope as we witness to a loving and merciful God who wills to forgive, heal, restore, gather, and reconcile all peoples.
C. Not as saviors, but as companions of the Cross--living in solidarity with those who suffer.
D. Humility: an attitude of listening and understanding.
E. A ministry of presence in action.
F. Awareness of ethnic and cultural historical background.
